Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

United States:
7–12 business days

International:
7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ALPHABET CITY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

ALPHABET CITY cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
