RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received, with any original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at contact@alphabetcity.world with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns due to sizing, preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, ALPHABET CITY will cover the cost of an approved replacement or refund.

If an approved return is required, ALPHABET CITY will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the approved return shipping cost.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@alphabetcity.world.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized products or items customized specifically to a customer’s specifications, where permitted by applicable law

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider might require additional time to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
