Shipping & made to order
Each hoodie is made to order. U.S. delivery is estimated at 9–17 business days from the order date, including production and shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping is not included in the product price. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout for your address. The U.S. delivery estimate does not apply to international orders.
Tee + Hoodie orders normally ship together once all items are ready. If separate packages are needed, we will not charge additional shipping for the split and will provide tracking for each package. Packages may arrive on different days.
Returns & size exchanges
Request an eligible return within 30 days of tracked delivery. Contact us for authorization before sending anything back. Items must be unworn and unwashed, apart from a brief try-on, and in resellable condition.
For size, preference or change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
One size exchange is available per purchased item. We arrange the replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned item. You pay to return the original item; ALPHABET CITY covers standard shipping of the replacement.
For verified defective or incorrect items, ALPHABET CITY covers return and replacement shipping. Normal variations in the snow-wash finish are not defects.
