We only accept exchanges if the product is damaged or if a different product from the one ordered was delivered. If you wish to exchange for a new item, please follow the return process above and specify in the reason for return that you wish to exchange the product.

Items eligible for return:

At ALPHABET CITY, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns and exchanges for unused items.

 

Proof of unused item:

An unused item is defined as a product that meets the following two conditions:

* The leather tag is attached to the product.

* The plastic fastener is attached to the product.
We only accept returns and exchanges if the product meets these conditions.

 

Return deadline:

Please request a return within 14 days of receiving your product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

 

Return process:

If you wish to return a product, please contact us via email or our inquiry form. Please specify the product name, purchase date, and reason for return.

 

Return shipping cost:

The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the product was damaged or an incorrect item was shipped due to an error on ALPHABET CITY's part, we will cover the return shipping cost. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
