Returns & refunds

A brief try-on is fine. Otherwise, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered, in their original condition, with any original tags and packaging. They must be free of stains, odors, pet hair and other signs of use. Proof of purchase is required.

Email contact@alphabetcity.world with your order number and reason within 30 days of tracked delivery. If approved, we’ll send instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Final-sale or clearance items, gift cards, and personalized or customer-customized items cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law. Items worn beyond a brief try-on, washed, altered or damaged after delivery are also ineligible. Ask us before buying if you’re unsure.

For sizing, preference or change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label, its cost is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For an approved damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect-item claim, we cover the approved replacement or refund and any required return shipping. If a return is needed, we provide a prepaid label or reimburse the approved shipping cost.

Inspect your order on arrival. Email contact@alphabetcity.world within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of any damage, defect, misprint or incorrect item. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund.

Normal Snow Wash variations in shade, fading, wash pattern and texture are intentional, not defects. You can still report actual damage, misprints or an incorrect item.

Eligible items may be exchanged once per item for a different size. Contact us within 30 days of tracked delivery and wait for approval before sending it.

You pay return shipping. Once the return is received and approved, we cover standard shipping for one replacement size, subject to availability. Further size changes require a return and new order.

We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take longer.
